Steps taken by NITI Aayog ( English )
NITI Aayog
The NITI aayog was made two and a half years ago. NITI stand for the National Institution for Transforming India. It was brought in existence after the end of the 64-year-old Planning Commission, but it has been a big question for how well the center and the state have succeeded in its existence and to what extent it has achieved its purpose. The NITI aayog is deciding the direction of the country's development and plans. The President of NITI aayog is Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Vice President Mr. Arvind Pangriya ji.
So far, NITI aayog has made many decisions which have proved to be effective for the development of the country. In some cases, it also holds separate opinions from the Central Government. Let's go to the decisions that the recent commission is for the country.

Black Money
To get rid of black money, the government has taken several important steps in which demonetisation is the most recent example. The NITI aayog believes that steps should be taken so that black money does not arise. NITI aayog has also recommended to reduce subsidy rates in different areas to bring down tax rates, which would reduce tax evasion and recommend simplification and improvement of tax rules.
Registry price drop
The NITI aayog has recommended the prices of the registry to be made cheaper. As we know, the registry charges are paid to the state and the center has nothing to do with it. Black money on land is generated due to the expensive registry. People hide the price to save the fees in the purchase and sale of the land, hence the black money transaction increases. If the prices of the registry will be reduced, then obviously people will enter the full price in the registry and the reduction in black money will be observed.
Tax on agriculture
The NITI aayog has said that the misuse of tax exemption on agriculture should be abolished. Some farmers are those who have a source of income, but they do steal by taking advantage of income from agriculture. The NITI aayog says that the number of poor in the country is still high. According to the Tendulkar Committee, 80% of the poor in rural areas in the rural areas which are directly or indirectly dependent on agriculture. But the problem is that on one hand the government wants to promote food security, in such a way, tax on agricultural income will be misinterpreted.
Schemes for the poor
The government has released several programs for the poor, which are running smoothly. According to the NITI aayog, now the poverty line is not being used to implement any scheme. There have been several schemes in which social and economic census has been laid, such as the Prime Minister Housing Scheme. Now the poverty line will be used only to track the poor. It will not be used to give any poor the benefit of the scheme so that no plan will be affected.
Use of GM Crop Techniques
The NITI aayog has favoured the use of the techniques of GM crops. In this, for the consideration of all, including farmers, scientists, states in the commission. Scientists explained in a very concrete way that this can increase productivity very much but it has some adverse effects. So they can not be allowed to investigate without inquiry. There is a lot of scrutiny and there are many more survivors. If that stage of investigation is crossed, then the technology of GM crops will be brought to market.
Special decisions for UP
According to the NITI aayog, the Commission has given Uttar Pradesh special treatment in comparison to other states. UP is the largest state in the country, if the UP alone is seen as a nation, it becomes the fifth largest country in the world, its population of about 22 million. And for the fifth part of the country, it is of UP, hence its importance is much, in such a way the development of UP means development of the country.
Generic drugs
Security from cyber attacks
The NITI aayog says that the government has been written about cyber security. The concerned ministry is preparing its framework. This is a very important issue. This is not just a matter of transaction, since everything from traffic lights to office computers is based on the internet. That is why we must use new technology. That is why we will have to move forward even in the case of security.
The biggest challenge before the NITI aayog
The biggest challenge before the NITI aayog is that it is in front of the whole country and it is unemployment. In order to create good jobs, the NITI aayog has given several suggestions to the government. Many of these arrangements have to be implemented by the states and many more centers. Now to see what happens next. The good thing is that the government is focusing on promoting entrepreneurship among the youth with job creation.
It was then that after the NITI aayog came into existence, what new steps have to be taken at the moment? That's all for today Goodbye until then.
